So we have been in Slovenia for the past couple of days and it has been wonderful. We were greeted by beautiful blue skies and 20 degree weather on Tuesday and it hasnt been too bad since.
Our first night in Ljubljana was spent in an old prison which has been converted into a hostel. There about 20 cells which have each been designed and decorated by local artists. It fully desrves its title as the “hippest” hostel in the world.
The rest of our time has been spent in Bled and its surrounding areas. Bled and The Bhonij lakes are stunning and we have enjoyed just taking it easy and relaxing.
We are heading to Croatia tomorrow and need to be in Rijeka tomorrow night to get the overnight ferry to Splilt.
